xx Are Gemstones part of a Mineral Claim or a Placer Claim?
August 23, 2014, 12:41:39 PM by wrawlins | Views: 110 | Comments: 3

I've read all the regulations from the BC Govt and I still can't figure out if looking for a gem stone - like a ruby - would be classified under a placer claim or under a mineral claim. If anyone knows for sure I would be very grateful.

Thanks
Walter
