an aussie prospector was not satisfied with his 9 oz. nugget find from the previous day so returned the next day and pulled out this 145 oz beauty. thinkin i would have returned for another day or two.  jerry

Hi there , new here to the prospecting game and i was out looking for places to go around the north sask river . i checked out a few places that looked good on
goggle maps but when i got there it's all blocked of with no trespassing signs?
looking for a place i drive my truck to sand bar .
any ideas!

Raster (picture) maps are available free at GeoBC. They are in 1:20,000, 1:250,000 and 1:2million scale.

Use the "Base Map Store"   http://geobc.gov.bc.ca/base-mapping/bmos/index.html
and Launch Application.
Choose maps, then Raster Maps. Zoom in and pick sc...
